are about 20 different companies
that offer Part D plans in Montana,
but the least expensive one is
entirely dependent on what
medications you take.  If you would like, just email me a list of your medications showing these 3 items of information:

1.  Name of drug
2. Dosage amount
3. How often do you take the medication
(Note:  If it is taken "as needed," then give me an idea of how many doses you take in an average month.)
